PWRD

Privacy Policy

PWRD stores your account, training, body-weight and preference data securely using Supabase. We use this data to provide the service and optional AI suggestions and notifications.

Data we process

Your email, profile information, workouts, exercises, body-weight entries, food log, nutrition targets and notification subscriptions, plus which days you open the app and on which kind of device (web, iOS or Android), so we can see how PWRD is used. AI requests use only the compact context needed for the selected feature.

AI food estimates

When you use Describe in the food log, the text and any photo you add are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to estimate the meal. PWRD does not store the photo, and the request is sent with storage turned off. Only the food entries you choose to add are saved.

Progress photos

Progress photos you add under Profile are stored in a private storage area that only your account can open, and are shown to you through links that expire after a few minutes. Location and camera details are removed on your device before upload. The photos are never shared, never sent to our AI provider and not visible to PWRD administrators in the app. Deleting a photo removes the file, and deleting your account removes all of them.

Apple Health and Health Connect

If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect in the app, PWRD reads your finished workouts (type, time, duration, distance, calories and heart rate during the workout) and your daily step counts, and saves them to your PWRD account. PWRD does not write to Apple Health or Health Connect, does not read any other health data, and never uses health data for advertising or shares it with third parties. You can stop syncing in Profile at any time and revoke access in the Health app or Health Connect.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your data in the app and disable notifications or AI at any time. You can delete your account under Profile → Delete account; this permanently removes your account and all data linked to it.

Security

Data is protected with authentication, row-level security and encrypted HTTPS connections. We never sell personal data.
