Privacy Policy

PWRD stores your account, training, body-weight and preference data securely using Supabase. We use this data to provide the service and optional AI suggestions and notifications.

Data we process

Your email, profile information, workouts, exercises, body-weight entries and notification subscriptions. AI requests use only the compact training context needed for the selected feature.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your data in the app and disable notifications or AI at any time.

Security

Data is protected with authentication, row-level security and encrypted HTTPS connections. We never sell personal data.
